What do I need in order to rent from A-1 Rent All?
A customer will need the following: A valid Driver’s License,
working phone number, physical address, and the physical address
were the Rented item(s) will be used.
How does payment work?
All Cash Customers must pay the contract in full before rental/sales
item(s) will be released to customer.
All Charge Account Customers have payment terms: Net 30 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Forms of payment accepted are cash, MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, and/or personal/business checks. Credit card payment is
required for some items. i.e. if your Driver’s License is from out
of state or over 30 miles from any A-1 Rent All location.
Commercial accounts are welcome via
credit application.
What types of policies apply to rental equipment? | Rental

All contracts have our
rental policies printed on the back. We recommend that you take
the time to review them. They can also be found on this website.
Rental period and rates
How long is a rental day?
A "rental day" is typically a 24 hour period, although; special
rates do apply to “weekend” and “holiday” rentals. All equipment
with hour meters is limited to 8 hours of usage on the meter
per the "daily rate." All metered time over 8 hours within the
“rental day” will be charged at 1/6 of the daily rate per hour of
usage.
How long is a rental week?
A "rental week" is typically a 7 day period. All equipment with
hour meters is limited to 40 hours of usage on the meter per
the "weekly rate." All metered time over 40 hours within the “rental
week” will be charged at 1/6 of the daily rate per hour of usage.
How long is a rental month?
A "rental month" is typically a 28 day period or 4 weeks. All
equipment with hour meters is limited to 160 hours of usage
on the meter per the "monthly rate." All metered time over 160 hours
within the “rental month” will be charged at 1/6 of the daily rate
per hour of usage.
Special Rates Weekends?
The “weekend” or Saturday rate is equal to the “daily rate,” but
more time is allotted due to A-1 Rent All being closed on Sunday. If
an item is rented on Saturday, it will not be due back until 08:30
am Monday morning at the “daily rate.” All equipment with hour
meters is limited to 8 hours of usage on the meter per the
"daily rate." All metered time over 8 hours within the “rental day”
will be charged at 1/6 of the daily rate per hour of usage.

Are there any charges in addition to the rental charges?
Items that are bought are subject to current Sales Tax laws.
Items that are rented are subject to Use Tax laws.
An optional Accidental Damage Waiver (not insurance) is
available on most items. This covers damage that may occur while the
equipment is in your possession; except: loss, theft, negligence,
abuse, tires, and flats. The rate is 12% of the rental charge.
Does A-1 Rent All charge any deposits on rentals?
Some items have Fuel deposits, Clean up, and/or Security deposits.
All deposits are fully refunded if the terms of the deposit are met,
i.e. If an item has a fuel deposit, the deposit will be fully
refunded if the item is returned full of the proper fuel. Note:
Not all items have a deposit. Call to inquire. All items are sent
out full of fuel.
Is it possible to reserve equipment?
Yes, just call the location most convenient. We will need to know
which items, the date and time wanted, the name of the company or
person picking up, and a contact phone number.
We will hold a reservation up to an hour after the desired time of
pick up. If the customer is going to be late, please call to let the
reserving location know.
Does A-1 Rent All deliver and/or pick up rental items?
Yes, there is a fee for delivery/pick up. The rate is determined by
item(s) and mileage transported. Call A-1 Rent All for rates to
desired location.
What if my equipment breaks down at the job site?
We maintain equipment in top working order and never knowingly rent
a piece of equipment that is not working properly. If you have any
problems with our rental equipment please call the location you
rented from immediately.
